COLOMBIAN COLD BREW COFFEE

COLD BREW COFFEE
FROM COLOMBIA

Cold brew coffee is a method of making coffee by soaking ground coffee beans in cold water for an extended period of time. The resulting coffee is generally smoother, less acidic, and less bitter than coffee brewed with hot water. Cold brew coffee is made by steeping coffee grounds in cold water, filtering out the grounds, and then diluting the concentrate with water or milk to create cold coffee drinks like iced coffee or cold brew lattes.

Cold brew coffee can be made at home using a variety of methods and equipment.

Cold brew coffee made with Colombian coffee can offer several benefits, including a smooth, well-balanced flavor, lower acidity, longer shelf life, versatility in the types of drinks it can be used for, and refreshment.
